The Accommodation
The accommodation, which is all on one level, consists of three double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, a family bathroom and a separate shower room. The spacious lounge benefits from an enclosed fireplace with entertainment being provided by English Digital Satellite TV, DVD Player and a music system. There is a separate dining room and well equipped kitchen having all modern appliances. The villa is wellequipped and comfortably furnished throughout.
Outdoors
Outside, double doors from the lounge give access to the front terrace with the 8m x 4m swimming pool, which has roman steps and a poolside shower. From here there are excellent views of Calpe’s famous Peòon de Ifach headland and the coastline. There are two additional terraces; one to the rear having a brick built barbecue and patio furniture, making an ideal spot for ‘Alfresco’’ dining, and another at the lower level leading to the mature ornamental gardens. Patio furniture, sun beds and parasols are provided. There is off road parking for two cars.
